The ongoing situation concerning Covid19 has made our industry face many challenges and we understand that completely. So in these desperate times we want to inform all our customers about what is happening at SH TRADERS:
1 - Customer Solutions remains open. Our customer solution team is available to answer your queries through online chats and email. Our office employees are advised to work from home until further notice.
2 - There may be slight delay of 1-2 days in some region but shipping orders are being shipped by distribution centers. We put our employees’ health at first and so they are advised to work remotely from home so they can take care of their families and themselves as well.
3 - We have a 95% full inventory which is ready to be shipped, but there is an exception of certain items in result of extreme surges in demand during the virus outbreak. We are trying to adjust our inventory according to the demand of items.
4 - We request our customers to make sure that their shipping address is serviceable since a lot of areas are under lockdown situation. Our team is available for you on live chat or email to answer all your questions related to the receiving of the placed orders.
