PURPOSE

  • Running temperature at 60~65℃. Dry heat cabinets for
    baked, smoked, pan fried and deep fried food, etc. Moist heat
    cabinet is for hot dishes, steamed-boiled food, cooked meat etc.
  • 4 basic length specifications: 1250mm, 1875mm, 2500mm
    and 3750mm. Can be jointed together freely.

PRODUCT FEATURES

  • Adopting national patent heating technology hot: air circulation heating mode in the dry heat cabinet effects the inner temperature uniform and constant, keeping the food fresh, tasting well, and preventing discoloration. It will not appear the inner temperature is much higher in some areas like the traditional hot cabinet, and the consumption is lower by 30% than traditional hot cabinets.
  • Heating and lighting of the dry heat cabinet are controlled separately, easy to be operated and save energy.
  • With an automatic water inlet device, water heating, and heat preservation mode used for moist heat cabinet keep the inner temperature more uniform and in convenient use.
