The JHSS Series High-Speed Extractors are designed for industrial-scale laundry operations and come in various capacities ranging from 25 kg to 500 kg. The smallest model, JHSS-450, has a drum diameter of 450 mm, operates at an extraction speed of 1900 RPM, and is powered by a 1.1 kW motor. Its compact dimensions are 950×750×600 mm, with a total weight of 180 kg. Standard features include a rubber seal on the bottom, stainless steel drain, stainless steel controller cabinet, and a mechanical lid.

The JHSS-600 offers a 45 kg capacity with a 600 mm drum diameter, 1600 RPM extraction speed, and 3 kW motor, housed in a 1450×990×750 mm frame and weighing 580 kg. For medium-scale needs, the JHSS-800 and JHSS-1000 provide 80 kg and 130 kg capacities respectively, with drum diameters of 800 mm and 1000 mm, powered by 5.5 kW and 7.5 kW motors, and offer speeds of 1200 RPM and 1000 RPM. These models measure 1840×1380×950 mm (1300 kg) and 2050×1560×1000 mm (1500 kg) respectively.

From JHSS-1000 onward, the machines are upgraded with premium configurations such as a Schneider or other world-renowned inverter, rubber or stainless steel bottom seals, stainless steel drain systems, control cabinets, and a pneumatic lid for added convenience and safety.

For large-scale requirements, the JHSS-1200 handles 220 kg loads with a 1200 mm drum, 900 RPM speed, and 11 kW motor, with a footprint of 2370×1600×1000 mm and a total weight of 2000 kg. The largest model, JHSS-1500, supports up to 500 kg, features a 1500 mm drum, runs at 650 RPM, and is powered by a 15 kW motor, with external dimensions of 2640×1850×1100 mm.
