    Description

    The HG-Z/D/RQ Series Industrial Dryers are available in multiple models — HG-500, HG-700, HG-1000, HG-2000, and HG-2500 — each designed for high-capacity drying in commercial laundry operations. These machines support various heating modes, including steam, electric, and LPG/natural gas, depending on the selected model.

    • The HG-500 model handles 25 kg of laundry with a drum diameter of 953 mm and depth of 772 mm. It features a 0.75 kW drive motor and 1.1 kW fan motor, with electric heater power rated at 30 kW and a steam consumption of 30 kg per cycle. Its power usage per cycle is 30 kW, with an exhaust airflow of 2000 m³/h, and 0.8 m³ gas consumption per cycle (for gas models). The unit measures 1040 mm (W) × 1165 mm (D) × 1910 mm (H) and weighs 400 kg.

    • The HG-700 increases capacity to 35 kg, with similar drum diameter (953 mm) but extended depth (972 mm), while maintaining the same drive and fan motor ratings. It offers 36 kW electric heating and consumes 45 kg steam per cycle, 2500 m³/h airflow, and 1.8 m³ gas per cycle, with overall dimensions of 978×1442×1816 mm and weight of 520 kg.

    • The HG-1000 supports 50 kg loads, featuring a larger 1136 mm drum diameter and 954 mm depth, powered by a 1.5 kW drive motor and 1.1 kW fan motor. It provides 45 kW electric heating, consumes 60 kg steam or 3.2 m³ gas per cycle, and has an exhaust airflow of 3200 m³/h. Dimensions are 1335×1542×2091 mm, and the unit weighs 680 kg.

    • For large-scale operations, the HG-2000 handles up to 100 kg, with a 1448 mm drum diameter and 1180 mm depth. It uses a 2.2 kW drive motor, 2.2 kW fan motor, and consumes 120 kg steam or 6 m³ gas per cycle, with a powerful 6500 m³/h exhaust system. Dimensions are 1647×1876×2424 mm, and the machine weighs 1250 kg.

    • The largest model, HG-2500, offers a 125 kg capacity, with an expansive 1642 mm drum diameter and 1220 mm depth. It operates with a 3 kW drive motor, 2.2 kW fan motor, and has a steam consumption of 150 kg per cycle or 7.8 m³ gas per cycle, supported by a 8800 m³/h exhaust flow. Its size is 1848×1886×2663 mm, and it weighs approximately 1450 kg.

    All models are compatible with steam pressure of 0.4–0.6 MPa, feature 1/2″ to 1″ steam inlets, 1″ water outlets, and exhaust connections ranging from 200 mm to 300 mm. The gas inlet ranges from 1/2” to 3/4”, depending on the unit size.
